We chose Preferred Custom Remodeling based on Eric’s presentation as well as his willingness to listen to our needs and his pricing. The project started and ended on time. Eric and his team were professional and very responsive. The final results met and exceed our expectations. They were on time every morning and were great to work with throughout the project which included a few minor changes as the work unfolded. We will use this Company again.

I was a little apprehensive when dealing with a contractor as we are usually do-it-yourselfers. We interviewed 5 different companies and found some to be unwilling to do what we were looking for. Eric came to our house and listened to what we were wanting out of a new basement. We were told by some of the others that there were certain things that we were wanting that they would not do for us. Eric was wonderful…..anything that we were asking for he said that they would do. We sat down for our final meeting before signing a contract and at the last minute asked if he could rebuild a few stairs at the bottom of our staircase and Eric responded that it would be no problem. We did change a few things and the price that was given us never changed even after those changes/additions to our original plan. It was Eric who did most of the work himself but had 2 other gentlemen that worked intermittently. Eric and his crew worked hard, were punctual, and diligent in their work. I couldn’t believe what a great experience this was. I’ve heard some bad stories about contractors but was thrilled when Eric said after about 4 weeks into the project that they would be done a little ahead of schedule. Customer service is extremely hard to come by now-a-days but we were well taken care of with Preferred Custom Remodeling.

We got an estimate from Preferred Custom Home Remodeling and another Deck and Pergola contractor. Eric was more competitive. We also used him to build out our basement so we felt confident in his work. It is the talk of the neighborhood. People say how much they like it when the walk by. It also was preformed beyond our expectations

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eric worked up a design based on what we wanted and had another one with some suggestions. We ended up using some of the things he suggested and it turned out great. He was on one stop shop and did all aspects of the building process himself from the custom bar with built in shelving and TV box. to the tiled shower and bath.

Our home is a 50–year-old ranch and needed updating. We hired Eric’s company, Preferred Custom Remodeling, inc. to do a MAJOR master bed/bath (added a bath to our existing master bedroom) as well as 2 other major bathroom renovations. They did everything from start to finish including demo of existing walls, floors and fixtures, installing/ plumbing new showers, basins, cabinets and bathtubs. They installed new ceramic tile floors and walls. We also had hard wood floors installed in our bedroom. They built new closets where none existed before. We even had all the doors special ordered and installed new.

Preferred Custom Remodeling, inc. came when they said they were coming, cleaned up at the end of every day, was courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. We like modern design and Eric was willing to experiment with some new materials that he hadn’t used yet. We couldn’t have asked for more. In fact, we liked their work so well that we also had Eric do some renovating in our beach home in Florida!

All in all, we are THRILLED with our new master bath and the other two renovated bathrooms as well. This was the second major remodeling project that we have undertaken in this home and found it a pleasure to work with Eric and his staff. We were not so lucky with the first round of remodels done with a different company. It was not pleasant. So, we especially appreciated Preferred Custom Remodeling work ethics and skill-set. I think what says it all is that we still like Preferred Custom Remodeling even after three + bathroom remodels and would call them first for any additional renovations that may crop up in the future.
